Collection Dates for Household Chemical, Drug, Hard-To-Recycle Materials

The PA Resources Council has provided 2017 dates for the collection/drop-off of a variety of hard-to-dispose-of materials. You can view all of the dates on the PRC website.

Events are scheduled for a variety of hard-to-dispose-of materials, such as:

• automotive fluids, household cleaners, pesticides, paints and other household chemicals
• e-waste such as computer towers and peripheral equipment, cell phones, printer/toner cartridges, CFLs and expandable polystyrene packaging, printers, etc.
• televisions and computer monitors
• alkaline batteries
• fluorescent tubes
• small Freon appliances
• tires
• unwanted or expired prescription and over-the-counter medications

The PRC's scheduled collection events provide a way to safely and legally dispose of those items and materials in Allegheny County, Cambria County, Washington County and Beaver County.
